### 洗濯物を見ながらコーヒーを飲みたくない
[](https://cafenoma.style/articles/author/karikomi?hsLang=ja)前回の最後は、手間ひまかけて淹れるコーヒーを飲みたくなる空間って大事だねっていう話でした。その空間について聞かせてください。
[](https://cafenoma.style/articles/author/yuba?hsLang=ja)わかりやすく例えれば、家の中に干した洗濯物を見ながら、手間ひまかけて淹れたコーヒーを飲みたい気分にはならないということです。
生活の場ではあってもできるだけ生活臭のようなものをうまく消しながら、かつ落ち着く空間というのを、目指している... なのでたぶんお気に入りのカフェのいろんな場所に行って入るカフェの、こういうところが好きだなとか、いいなって思うところの断片をいつも（記憶のなかに）集めてるのかもしれません。

[](https://cafenoma.style/articles/author/yuba?hsLang=ja)やっぱり コーヒーを飲むときの空間てすごい、自分にとっては大事だと思っていて、やっぱりそれは味だけじゃ成立しない。せっかくコーヒーを淹れて飲むなら、その過程を楽しみたいと思っていて、それが行われる場所、家という場所は なんだろう いつでもそうやってコーヒーを飲みたい時に淹れられる、淹れたいなって思える空間でありたい、そこで淹れて飲んでみたいっていう空間を、どこかで意識してるのかなとおもいます。

[](https://cafenoma.style/articles/author/yuba?hsLang=ja)自分で買い集めたコーヒーカップが棚に並んでいたり、あるいはまぁ普通の広さのマンションに住んでいるので、キッチンも隣接というか、リビングダイニングみたいに同じ空間にあるわけなんですけど。炊飯器とかそういったものはもちろんあるんですけど。（ソファーに）座ったときには見えないっていうふうな、こう、ふぅーっと現実に引き戻されるような。
自分がお気に入りのカフェのカウンターに座ったとして、あーのんびりするな、いいなと思った時に、ふと目の前を見たら絶対無いであろうものは（見えないようにと）考えてます。

んー さっき言った洗濯ものを畳んだり干したりとか、散らかったお部屋だったりとか、そういったのは普通に生活してたらどうしてもそうなるじゃないですか。そういったものはやっぱりいったん片付けるんですよね、コーヒーを飲みたい時は

[](https://cafenoma.style/articles/author/yuba?hsLang=ja)ゼロじゃないですけど。ただ、なるべくわざわざやって重い腰を上げないといけないような、毎回毎回そうだと自分も疲れちゃうし、何のためにコーヒー飲んでるんだってことになるので。
そういったことが必要ないようにいちおう家の構造っていうか、収納とか空間の切り方とかは考えてつくっています（※）。
設計士でも何でもないんですけど、昔から、家の間取りとか考えるのが好きだったので。こうだったらいいなと思うことがずっと頭の中にいろいろとあったので。そういったことを組み合わせて今の家ができてるのかなぁって。
*※ 弓庭が間取りから考えた自宅のLDK。今も当時も珍しい自由設計のプランが選べるマンションとして売り出されていました。*
### コーヒー飲む前にひとりでやること

それを考えないことはない。例えば家の設えを任されたときに、もうその空間が決まってたら、ちょっと選択肢がだんだんなくなってくんだけど。
もしがらんとした箱から任されたら、結構そこが重要なポイントかも。腰かけてゆっくりするって言う瞬間に何が目に入るかっていうのはとても大切 うん

窓との関連性とか、外の景色を見るのか、あるいは光を（背中に）感じながら家の中（の好きなもの）に目を向けるのか、ご飯を食べてるダイニングでは（海が見える）外を見るのかとか、そういった、座る場所は場所で目にするものっていうのは考えました。
