# 暮らしをデザインする４つのこと

「なんだか毎日が慌ただしい」「選択肢が多すぎて、何を選べばいいのか分からない」。そう感じたことはありませんか？

私たちカフェノマも、かつては同じ悩みを抱えていました。たくさんのモノや情報に囲まれる中で、「自分にとって本当に心地よい暮らしとは何か」という問いに、ずっと向き合ってきました。

その試行錯誤の末に生まれたのが、私たちの空間づくりの土台となっている「カフェノマ・メソッド」です。これは、単なるインテリアのテクニック集ではありません。流行に流されず、あなた自身の基準で、心から安らげる毎日をデザインするための「考え方のコンパス」です。
