## コーヒーを淹れる道具

 コーヒーの味は、生豆と焙煎が9割。かつて世界のトップバリスタにそう聞いたことがあります。抽出のプロが、“自分の仕事は残りの1割だ”というのです。コーヒーを淹れる一般的なイメージとずいぶんかけ離れてるなと少し驚きました。ただし、これは競技の世界のお話。自宅で楽しむコーヒーは、むしろ淹れる行為そのものを楽しみたいですよね。ここでは、うちカフェに欠かせない、カフェインテリアとしての抽出器具をご紹介します。
