# ディモンシュ オリジナルカラー、タカヒロ製ドリップポット

自宅でコーヒーの写真を撮り始めてから、すでに10年以上が経ちました。その間さまざまなコーヒー器具に出会い、そのうちのいくつかは自宅に迎い入れ、今にいたります。
コーヒーといえばハンドドリップ。ハンドドリップならコーヒー粉をいれるドリッパーに、湯を落とすケトルは欠かせません。今回ご紹介するのは、10年以上使い続ける相棒、初期からカフェノマの写真を支えてきたケトル、鎌倉の「カフェ・ヴィヴモン・ディモンシュ オリジナルカラーのタカヒロ製ドリップポット」です。
ディモンシュ オリジナルカラーのタカヒロ製ドリップポット0.9リットルタイプ。独特の色合い〈つや消し黒〉と、美しい注ぎ口に一目惚れして以来、長いあいだ使い続けてきました。
このドリップポット、注ぎ口が10mmと細く、ハンドルを握る手のチカラ加減が、注ぎ口にダイレクトに伝わります。その結果、細く安定した湯量をコントロールすることができます（※ 現行モデルは更に細い7mm）。
これまで様々なドリップポットを使ってきましたが、自分の思うように自在にコーヒーをドリップできる、という意味では、やはり右に出るモノはありません！

使用感についても申し分なく、日々の使用に耐えうる頑丈さがあります。自宅のIHで直接加熱したり、ガシガシ日常使いしているので、一部、塗装が剥げているところもありますが、それがかえって味わい深さを増しています。ディモンシュさんが推奨するような使い方であれば、塗装の剥がれはもっと少ないでしょう。

初めてこのポットを迎え入れたときのことを思い出すと、すでに人気商品で、しばらくの間、入荷を心待ちにしていたんです。でもそれだけの価値がある逸品だとつくづくおもいます。その魅力は時間が経っても全く変わらず、私たちの日々には欠かすことができない大切な存在となっています。
