# 器を整える
## なぜ、私たちは空間にこれほど影響されるのでしょうか？
自宅にいるのに、なぜか心が休まらない。片付けてもすっきりせず、常に何かに追われているような感覚が抜けない。そんな経験はありませんか？
私たちは、意識している以上に、身を置く空間から大きな影響を受けています。情報やモノが溢れる現代において、空間は知らず知らずのうちに私たちの思考を疲れさせ、心の余裕を奪ってしまうことがあります。
カフェノマが考える「空間づくり」とは、単に部屋をきれいに飾ることではありません。それは、日々の暮らしの土台となる“器”そのものを、心から安らげる状態に整えることです。物理的な空間を整えることで、思考はクリアになり、心に静けさが戻ってきます。
ここでは、心地よい暮らしの土台となる“器”を整えるための、三つの基本的な考え方をご紹介します。
## 心地よい器をつくる、三つの考え方
### **余白をつくる**
思考と心に「間」を生む
モノがぎっしりと詰まった本棚や、家具で埋め尽くされた部屋は、無意識のうちに私たちの視線と注意を奪い続けます。「余白」とは、意図的に作られた「何もない空間」のこと。それは、視線がふと休息できる場所であり、思考のノイズを減らすためのスイッチのような存在です。お気に入りの椅子や一輪の花も、周りに余白があるからこそ、その存在が際立つように思います。

### **光と暮らす**
一日の光の移ろいを、楽しむ
部屋のあかりは、天井の照明ひとつだけ。そんな風に、少しだけ無頓着になってないでしょうか。 カフェノマでは、一日の中での光の移ろいを意識し、暮らしの中に取り入れることを大切にしています。 たとえば、低い位置のスタンドライトが灯す温かい光は、夜のくつろぎの時間を、壁に広がる間接照明の柔らかな光は、空間に奥行きを与えてくれます。 朝の光、昼の光、夜の灯り。時間と共に移ろう光を意識するだけで、毎日に心地よいリズムが生まれてくるように思います。

### **生活感を隠す**
視界から、ノイズを消してみる
電子レンジの点滅、ソファに置かれた郵便物の山、テーブルに出しっぱなしの書類…。 ふとした瞬間に目に入るそうした「やらなきゃいけないこと」は、無言のプレッシャーのように感じてしまうことも。 慌ただしい日々、意識をふと切り替えて、頭を空っぽにする時間を持つことは、とても大切です。 「生活のノイズ」を、一時的にでも視界の外に置いてみる。それだけで、いつもの空間が、すっと静まる場所に変わるように思います。
