# 構図がいきるインテリアの撮影｜写真のムード解説 vol.5

ブラインド越しの光を活かした室内写真。この記事では、写真の印象を決める4つのポイントを軸に、構図のコツを解説します。
## 1.光の扱い
最初に光の種類やその調整方法を整理します。
### 時間帯と光の方向
| **何をしたか** | **なぜそうしたか** | **効果** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 午前中の穏やかな日差しを利用した | 日差しが強すぎず、被写体が硬い印象になりにくいため | マイルドなコントラストになり、テーブルや小物の質感が自然に引き立ちやすい |
| ブラインド越しに光を通した | 光をフィルターし、ハイライトを抑えたかった | 壁やテーブル上の陰影が落ち着き、全体が柔和な雰囲気に仕上がる |
### 穏やかなコントラスト
光の当て方を調整すると、強いハイライトや深いシャドウが出にくくなります。特にインテリアの撮影では、以下のような理由から「穏やかなコントラスト」が好まれます。
- 素材のディテールを捉えやすい｜木目や布の質感など、微妙な表情を表現できる
- 空間全体がまとまりやすい｜激しい明暗差がなく、主役と脇役が共存しやすい
## 2.被写体の配置・構図
次に、テーブル周りのアイテムやアートワーク、撮影角度に注目します。
### テーブル周りのレイアウト

| 古材を再利用したテーブル | アクセントになるため、画面中央付近に配置 | 写真全体に温もりを与える |

### アートワークとのバランス
壁に飾ったシンプルなイラスト（犬のモチーフ）は、木枠のフレームがテーブルと調和し、アクセントとして機能します。
- なぜ: 壁に視線の集中点を作り、空間を単調にしないようにしたかった
- 効果: 縦方向への視線が意識され、余白の意味がいきる
### やや斜めからの視点
正面ではなく、左サイドにずらした位置から撮影すると平面的になりにくいです。
- **なぜ**: 奥行きや丸みを強調したい
- **効果**: 人が部屋を覗き込むような自然な視線が作れる
## 3.色合い・質感
色使いと素材感は、室内写真の雰囲気を大きく左右します。ここでは、淡い色調にまとめた理由と、異なる材質を組み合わせる意味を整理します。
### 統一された淡いトーン

| ビンテージ風テーブル | 木目の味わいを重視した素材を選択 | シンプルな壁や電話機との相性が良く、暮らしの温かさを演出できる |
### 材質のコントラスト
異なる素材を合わせると、写真にメリハリが生まれます。
1. 木製テーブル: マットな質感で光を吸収する
2. レトロ電話機: わずかな光沢があり、さりげない反射がアクセントになる
3. ブラインドの影: 壁に縞模様を落とし、平坦な面にリズムを与える
- なぜ: それぞれの素材が際立ち、組み合わせ全体に動きが加わる
- 効果: 単調さを避けつつ、トーンを淡くまとめることで調和が保たれやすい
## 4.空間の余白・バランス
インテリアの撮影では、「どこに余白を作るか」や「アイテムをどう制限するか」が重要です。特に壁面や棚の使い方が、写真の雰囲気を左右します。
### 壁面の余白と視線誘導
構図を決める際、まずは“どこを空けるか”を意識しました。
- なぜ: すべてを詰め込むと視線が散漫になり、焦点が定まりにくい
- 効果: 落ち着いた印象を保ち、雑然としない
### 必要最小限のアイテム配置

| デスク上の小物・棚のモノを厳選 | 物量を減らすことで、主役（アート）を目立たせたい | 視覚的に散らからず、空間に“ゆとり”を感じられる |
| 画面の片側をあえて空ける | 被写体を片側に寄せて配置し、構図のバランスを取る | 部屋の奥行きを伝えやすく、手前から奥への視線誘導がスムーズ |
## 撮影データ
- レンズ: Canon EF100mm F2.8Lマクロ IS USM
- 絞り値 (F値): 2.8
- シャッタースピード: 1/250
- ISO感度: 200
- 焦点距離: 100mm (35mm換算)
マクロレンズは被写体との距離が取りやすく、適度なボケ味を作りやすいです。F2.8で背景をややぼかしつつ、奥行きと主役の対比を明確にしています。このときは、 ISO200で、自然光だけでも十分明るさが確保できる時間帯でした。
## まとめ
日常の室内でも、光の向きや強さ、被写体の配置を少し工夫するだけで、ナチュラルな写真が撮れます。特に構図を意識すると、わざとらしさのない雰囲気がでます。ぜひ試してみてください。
