# 自然光とゆるやかな構図で表現するナチュラルインテリア｜写真のムード解説 vol.4

2025年2月11日 午前7時半頃に撮影。晴天の朝日が差し込むタイミングで、自然光のやわらかさとインテリアの素材感を活かして、部屋全体の雰囲気を切り撮っています。今回も、写真の印象を支える四つの要素をもとに解説していきます。
少し斜めのアングルで捉えた漆喰壁や木製アイテム。暖かな光に照らされ、落ち着いた空間ながら視覚的な動きが感じられます。
## 光の扱い
### 時間帯と光の方向
北東向きの窓から入る朝日を利用。ブラインドを通してほどよく光が拡散しています。強い直射を避けることで、陰影がやわらかいまま被写体全体に回り込みました。
### 暖色のトーン
この時間帯の光はまだ低い角度から差し込むため、自然に淡いオレンジ系の色味が加わります。壁や家具への反射光も暖かい色合いになって、写真全体が温かい印象に。
## 被写体の配置・構図
### メインの被写体と背景
キャビネット上には花瓶やドライフラワー、ポットなど高さの異なるアイテムを組み合わせています。右奥には漆喰の壁の端をぼかし気味に入れ、わずかな凹凸と陰影をいかして、奥行き感をだす構成にしました。
### 少し斜めの視点
建築写真のようにカチッと垂直・水平をそろえるのではなく、人が部屋を見渡すときの自然な視線をイメージし、やや斜めの角度で撮っています。わずかな歪みのおかげで、硬くなりすぎない印象を与えています。
## 色合い・質感
### 統一感のあるカラーパレット
ベージュ、アイボリー、木のブラウンといった落ち着いた色を軸にまとめています。光が暖色系であることもあって、全体的に柔らかいトーンに仕上がりました。
### 素材ごとの風合い
- 陶器のポット：つるっとした表面が光をやわらかく反射
- 木製の台・棚：マットな質感でほどよい温かみ
- 漆喰の壁：ほのかなザラつきと不規則なライン
朝の光を受けたそれぞれの素材感が引き立ち、シンプルな色使いでも奥行きを感じられます。
## 空間の余白・バランス
### 余白の取り方
キャビネットやオープンラックを画面の端に寄せすぎず、左右にゆとりを残しています。視線が被写体に向かう一方で、部屋の広がりも感じやすい構成です。
### 生活感とのバランス
ラックのカップ類など、日常的なアイテムを整然と配置することで、雑多にならず空間の雰囲気を保ちつつも生活感を適度に残しています。

朝の光は思いのほか暖色に寄ることが多く、漆喰のザラついた面や木製家具との相性も良いです。垂直・水平を厳密に合わせず、少し斜めの視点で撮ることで、自然な奥行きとリラックスしたムードを表現しやすくなります。雰囲気メインのインテリアの撮影の参考になれば幸いです。
