# 茶葉が舞うHARIO ジャンピングティーポット

コーヒー器具が目立つ私たちの自宅ですが、ティー用のものも少なからずあります。来客時に使ったり、個人的にハーブティを楽しむこともあるんです。今日ご紹介するのは、ティー用のガラス製ポット、その名も「ハリオ ジャンピングティーポット」。
## オランダのカフェで見た、フレッシュミントティー
客室乗務員として働いていた頃、毎月のようにオランダに行っていた時期があります。オランダはもっとも好きな国のひとつ。滞在中、カフェ好きな私は、できるだけその土地のカフェを利用するようにしていました。地元の人々の会話が行き交う庶民的なカフェ。そこで過ごす時間がなんとも心地よかったのです。そのオランダのカフェで必ず見かける飲み物が、フレッシュミントティーでした。

ふだん紅茶を飲む習慣がないのですが、この頃のオランダでの経験がいまでも忘れられず、自宅でもハーブティに限って楽しむことがあります。オランダのカフェでみた光景、そこで過ごした時間がハーブティを飲むことで甦るんです。しばらく訪れていないオランダを懐かしむようにハーブティを飲むことも。
フレッシュミントティーは、たくさんのミントの葉に、お湯を注ぐだけのシンプルなもの。ミントティを飲むとオランダの街が目に浮かびます。
## ハリオ ジャンピングティーポットの特徴
フレッシュミントに限らず、ハーブティを楽しむ材料が揃うと、このジャンピングティーポットの出番です。
お湯を注ぐと、茶葉がゆらゆらとお湯の中を舞うかのように動くこのポット。茶葉の風味を引き出す秘訣といわれています。

今回はコーヒーではなく、ティーポットのご紹介をしました。
好きなカフェのことを家にいながら思い出すことがよくあります。私にとって自宅で楽しむコーヒーは、ちょっとした「現実逃避（＝リトリート）」。コーヒーに限らず、好きなカフェで過ごした時間や見た光景を自宅で再現するのがカフェノマの創作の原点です。
これからもコーヒーに限らず、自宅で心地よく過ごすためのインテリアや日用品、そこで過ごす特別なひと時をご紹介していきたいと思います。
