# 日常を、慈しむ

## 空間はゴールではなく、暮らしのパートナー

お気に入りの空間づくりに、ゴールはありません。どんなに整った空間も、そこで過ごす本人の「暮らし」が伴って、はじめて生きた場所になります。

カフェノマが最終的に目指すのは、空間が暮らしの背景になるだけでなく、住む人の良きパートナーのように機能すること。空間が私たちの行動に働きかけ、私たちの行動が空間をさらに豊かにしていく。そんな相互作用の中に、理想の暮らしがあります。

「暮らし方」とは、その空間で自分がどのように過ごし、何を感じるかという、日々の時間そのものに、丁寧に向き合う考え方です。

ここでは、「日常を、慈しむ」ための、三つの習慣をご紹介します。

### **行動をデザインする**

望ましい振る舞いを自然に誘う

座りたくなる椅子があれば、自然と読書の時間が生まれたり、淹れたくなるコーヒー器具があれば、忙しい朝もコーヒーを淹れる習慣が生まれたり。優れたデザインは、「こうありたい」と願う行動を、無理なく自然といざなってくれます。日々の行動そのものに影響を与えるような工夫を、空間の中に散りばめてみませんか。

### **五感で楽しむ**

感覚を研ぎ澄まし、記憶に残す

私たちの暮らしの記憶は、風景だけでなく、香りや音、手触りと共にあります。部屋に広がるコーヒーの香り、素足で触れる無垢材の床の質感、カップがソーサーに触れる澄んだ音。そうした五感で感じる体験を意識することで、何気ない日常は、より深く、記憶に残る豊かなものになります。

### **暮らしを編集する**

主体的に日々を更新していく

住まいは、一度完成したら終わりではありません。住む人とともに変化し続ける生き物のようなもの。家のモノが一つ増えたら、一つ手放すというルールを決めたり、季節ごとに小さな飾り付けを変えたりする。そうして暮らしを主体的に「編集」し続けることで、空間への愛着を深め、暮らしの主導権を自分の手に取り戻すことができるのです。

## まずはここから。一つのことを習慣にする

毎朝のコーヒーを淹れる時間を、少しだけ丁寧に。豆を挽く音に耳を澄ませ、お湯を注ぐ香りに集中する。たった一つのことを「習慣」のように捉えるだけで、いつもの一日が、少しだけ特別なものに変わっていくはずです。
