When it comes to drinks to soothe the heat, iced coffee comes to mind. In order to spend this summer's heat comfortably, I will introduce the enjoyment of our household staple, 'homemade iced coffee'.   Iced coffee might look like just a mix of ice and milk. But surprisingly, there are key points to enjoy it. If the size of the ice and the degree of melting are different, the taste will change completely. Searching for your own preferred way of drinking could be the real charm of iced coffee. ![_DSC6951](https://cafenoma.style/hs-fs/hubfs/articles/images/20230720/_DSC6951.jpg?width=2048&height=2559&name=_DSC6951.jpg) The iced coffee that I particularly recommend is made by freezing coffee brewed with an espresso or Moka pot into ice. The rich coffee gradually melts and mixes with the milk. As a result, the bitterness of the coffee and the sweetness of the milk are slowly blended together, allowing you to enjoy the change for a longer period of time. It's a bit like whiskey on the rocks with 'round ice'.
