# 長い影｜写真のムード解説 vol.1

早朝の陽の光がコーヒーと焼き菓子の載ったトレイに差しかかる一枚。ハイライトは焼き菓子の栗餡を照らしている辺りです。全体として、見過ごしそうなくらい柔らかい光のおかげか、穏やかなムードが出ました。
## 光の特性
撮影は、2月5日の7時34分。北東向きの窓から角度の低い朝日が差し込む頃です。コントラストが強すぎると被写体の細部や質感が飛んでしまうので、うっすらとした陰影になるようブラインドを調整しながら撮影しています。
## 構図・配置
テーブル中央付近に木製トレイを置いて、その上にカップとケーキを。テーブルの縁が入るようにして、余白をあえて広めに確保します。こうすると、テーブルの丸みと楕円のトレイの丸みが重なって、見る人の視線が自然と被写体に向かうようになります。
## 色彩と質感
白いテーブルとやや濃い色の木製トレイで視覚的なメリハリを作ります。トレイ上も、食器やカトラリーは白、ケーキやコーヒーはブラウン系で統一。全体的に落ち着いたトーンに仕上げます。
磁器製カップのひかえめな光沢感、焼き菓子のしっとり感、木製トレイのややざらついた木目と、異なる質感同士のバランスを考えました。
## 空気感
朝らしい優しげな光の雰囲気があって、リラックス感を与えくれる一枚に仕上がっています。
## 視点の解説
光の扱い｜自然光をやわらかく取り入れると、写真に落ち着きや奥行きを生むことが多い。光源の角度や強度に注目してみる。
空間の取り方｜余白を多めに残すと、主役が引き立つだけでなく、全体的な雰囲気もすっきりと整う。
素材・色の組み合わせ｜木や陶器、焼き菓子のように、同系色かつ質感の異なる要素をまとめると、穏やかで深みのある空気感を生み出しやすい。

朝夕の角度の低い自然光は長い影をつくります。影の長さも写真のムードをつくるおおきな要素。ドラスティックに変化する日の出、日の入りの頃に撮影するといろんなカットが撮れると思います。
