# 伊丹空港のお土産に。大阪の記憶、喜八洲のみたらし団子

めずしい俵型が特徴の「喜八洲のみたらし団子」。香ばしい焼き目と、少し醤油が効いた甘みが、とろっと柔らかい餅に絡んできます。甘党の方なら、この独特の甘さにきっとハマることと思います。
特にタレは北海道厚岸産の上質な昆布でダシを取り、香川県産たまり醤油と白ざら糖を使った仕立てだそうで、一味違う美味しさを堪能できます。
大阪の百貨店や、新大阪、伊丹空港など、買いやすいスポットで取り扱っているこのみたらし団子。大阪生まれの私にとって、このお団子は子供のころから親しんできた味。いまでも大阪に行くと、必ず伊丹空港で買って帰ります。家に着いてもまだ温かいのがちょっとうれしいんです。
## 焼き立てがおすすめ
お店にいってオーダーをすると、直火を使ってお餅を手早く焼いてくれます。なんと焼き加減まできいてくれるんです。その場で手際よく焼かれ、たっぷりのタレに付けられ、あっという間に箱に入れられる様子を、小さい頃から何十回と見てきました。大阪の変わらない風物詩のように。
このみたらし団子の日持ちは一日限り。実は冷凍してチンして食べたりしています(※)。
