# DANSK フレイムストーン

私が子供の頃、両親のコーヒータイムの片隅にいつも存在していた思い出の[ダンスク](https://cafenoma.style/tags/dansk?hsLang=ja)のフレイムストーン。表情のある深いグレーの、マットな見た目と、滑らかな白い光沢の内側をもつコーヒーカップです。
1960年代に大人気だった[ダンスク](https://cafenoma.style/tags/dansk?hsLang=ja)の食器シリーズ。デンマーク出身の彫刻家でデザイナーのJens Quistgaard氏によるデザインで、当時のスカンディナビアンモダンの象徴とも言える美しい造形が施されています。
このカップを見ると、なんだか昭和の風情や、無邪気な子供の頃が心によみがえります。思い返せば、当時食器棚には北欧のカップがたくさん並んでいました。すべて父が選んでいたそうで、どのような思いで、なぜこのカップを選んでいたんだろうと、そんなことに想像をめぐらせたりもします。
時は経ち、社会人として上京する際に、母からこのカップを２つ譲り受けました。今では、そのカップはビンテージ品の仲間入り。欠けた箇所もありますが、そのことがかえって、長い年月をともにしてきた証のようで、私にとっては大切な宝物となっています。
黒に近い深いグレーの色が特徴的なこのカップ。内側の白い色調がコーヒーの色を引き立ててくれるようです。
ずっと以前から私の日常の一部となっている、[ダンスク](https://cafenoma.style/tags/dansk?hsLang=ja)・フレイムストーン。何年経っても、美しさと使い心地は変わらず、これからも私のコーヒータイムのお供として活躍してくれそうです。
